Yes we do.

For Urn retrieval and Urn burial , a top up of each service is as follows:

Photography: $125 / h or part thereof (min. 2h)
Videography: $175 / h or part thereof (min. 2h)
Livestreaming (2 static camera): $350 / h or part thereof

We apologize that we are unable to return RAW photos & videos. This is to allow us to have a consistent and accurate look of our work that is inline with our branding.

Our Bookings are on a first come first served basis and confirmation will only be given after 30% deposit has been made.

An invoice will be sent to you via email once the deposit has been made.

Should there be a change with the confirmed date. Feel free to let us know which when will the rescheduled date be and we will see if we are booked on that day. No extra charges for rescheduling.

If the next available date is unavailable, we would refund the deposit accordingly to our cancellation policy.

Should a change in schedule be made < 8 h before the commencement of our service, please contact us immediately to allow us to be of an assistance.

We allow a full refund if cancellation is made > 8 h prior to the commencement of our service.
